The sole purpose of the Mansfield Veterans Memorial Foundation (MVMF) is to bring the Mansfield veteran community together and create a center of gratitude and education for our community.

Through a variety of programs, events, and initiatives, we aim to foster a deep sense of appreciation for the service and sacrifices made by our veterans.

We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Tim Milligan has been a longtime resident of Mansfield Texas and has been blessed with his wife Carla for over 40 years, two adult married children, and 4 grandchildren.

Tim has successfully navigated both “Public and Private” corporations and has achieved superior financial, growth, and Customer Satisfaction Indexes.

Tim is a product of Slidell High School, Dallas Baptist University (BS), and Chapman University (MS)

Upon graduation from DBU and completion of the Officers Basic Course, Tim was commissioned in the Army as a 2nd LT and served around the world in various leadership roles achieving the rank of Major before transitioning to the reserve force.

Professionally Tim has held leadership positions with Fortune 50 companies, Start-up’s, and Private Equity in roles ranging from Corporate Director, VP, President, COO, and CEO.

– Mansfield Veterans Memorial and Tribute Foundation

Terry Moore is the Registered Agent and Executive Director of the foundation. A longtime Mansfield resident, Terry has served on the Mansfield School Board and City Council. He is a senior account executive for Sorin Group and holds a degree in business marketing and finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. Terry is a charter member of the foundation and supports veterans' causes

Kevin Flynn has been serving as the treasurer of the Mansfield Veterans Memorial Foundation since 2023 and a member since 2021. As a foundation member, he is committed to seeing the transformation of Julian Feilds Park into a veterans' tribute park honoring the men and women who served in all military branches from the City of Mansfield.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University. Kevin retired from the United States Navy in 1990 after 20 years of service, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer. He has been a resident of Mansfield since 1999 and has consistently contributed to the military and civilian communities.

Kevin graduated from the Citizens Police and Fire Academy.He served as the President of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni for two terms and treasurer for two terms.

His involvement in various programs and organizations reflects his passion for giving back and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
